At VividPlanet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we've created this Refund Policy to outline our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Include your RA# and order information inside the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

Pre-orders and backordered items may be canceled at any time before the item ships. Your payment method will be refunded in full.
